Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

2. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions, including the return address.

Please do not send returns without authorization, as we may not be able to process them.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note:

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
